Lynn joined the firm in 2010, representing individuals and
organizations in a broad range of legal proceedings in state and
federal trial, appellate and administrative cases.
Prior to joining the firm, Lynn was General Counsel and chief advisor to the
Florida Secretary of State on legal matters relating to the Divisions of
Elections, Corporations, Libraries and Information Services,
Historical Resources and Cultural Affairs. From 2003 to 2007, Lynn
Solicitor General, responsible for a wide variety of state and
federal appellate cases involving issues significant to the State of
Prior to entering government practice, Lynn was an associate attorney
with the firm of Hill, Ward & Henderson, P.A. in Tampa from
1998 to 2003. There, she handled commercial litigation matters
Immediately following law school, Lynn served as a law clerk to the Honorable Elizabeth A. Jenkins, United States Magistrate Judge in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
Prior to law school, Lynn was a vice president in commercial banking with Chase Manhattan Bank, N.A. and Citibank, N.A. in New York,
NY and Tampa, FL from 1986 to 1994.
